NTT DATA Europe & LATAM centers successfully passed the Benchmark Appraisal process to obtain CMMI Level 5 for DEV and CMMI Level 3 for SVC. The global regulator, the CMMI® Institute, confirmed the proper implementation of these models in their most advanced versions, V2.0.
This recognition shows that the company is fully committed to the continuous improvement of all its software development and maintenance services, which include both more traditional services and projects working with Agile methodology.
With this achievement, NTT DATA Europe & LATAM centers becomes one of the major references in quality worldwide benchmarks and leaders, by achieving this recognition (CMMI DEV L5 and CMMI SVC L3) simultaneously in all its centers located in six countries (Spain, Portugal, Morrocco, Chile, Brazil and Peru), and where more than 8,000 people work.
